Just wanted to drop a review after testing their USA ISP proxies for past weeks. Honestly, IP quality is insane. Checked them on ip2location right after buying, and the fraudscore is a 0. Also want to mention stability, no random disconnects, latency is super low. 10/10

Terrible service, incompetent support, and money down the drain!
I strongly advise against using ProxyWing if you value your time. I bought a static proxy from them for serious work with account networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Right after receiving the proxy, I checked the IP—it turned out to be completely burned out, spammed trash. I immediately contacted tech support, requested a replacement, and clearly stated my requirements: I needed a crystal-clean IP address with an IPQS fraud score strictly under 20. Instead of taking a couple of clicks to issue a new, clean address and close the ticket, their support put on a circus for two days! For 48 hours, I received ridiculous copy-paste replies. They seriously tried to convince me that the dirty IP they provided was a "normal proxy" and just stalled for time with pointless communication instead of making a simple replacement. What they position as "premium" quality is just a piece of shit. Their addresses are completely abused and ruined; they are absolutely useless for social media work, and any anti-fraud system will ban them right off the bat. Bottom line: My work is stalled, two days have been wasted on pointless arguing with incompetent support, and my money is literally thrown down the drain. The worst experience with a provider and an absolutely careless attitude towards customers. Stay away from this company!

One important clarification on the technical side: for IP classification and quality we rely on IP2Location, which is the neutral industry reference. IPQS is a separate third-party fraud-detection tool, and by design it raises its score for any IP it can identify as a proxy or hosting range. So an elevated IPQS score doesn't mean an address is "burned" or spammed — and a score strictly under 20 is effectively unattainable on a static proxy for exactly that reason. That's what our team was trying to explain, rather than stall you. It's also worth noting that account-network work on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube depends heavily on factors beyond the IP itself — anti-detect setup, fingerprints and account warming all play a major role. That said, we do issue replacements whenever a proxy is genuinely faulty, and we want to look into your case properly. I purchased a US IP from ProxyWing for testing purposes. Around the same time, our company purchased a large batch of US IPs from another provider, so this IP was no longer needed. I first requested a refund, but support said refunds were not possible. I then asked if they could simply switch the IP to another region instead. Instead of handling the request directly, support repeatedly asked me why I wanted to switch regions, even after I had already explained the situation multiple times. They then asked me to provide proof that my company had purchased a large batch of IPs elsewhere. This is obviously confidential business information, and I do not believe such a request is reasonable for a simple region switch on an unused service. I understand that providers may have strict refund policies, but the overall communication experience was extremely frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have had with a proxy provider.

Deception and lack of service
I purchased 2 proxies on the site - as it turned out, they are both from 1 subnet, that is, we can consider it 1 router 1 IP. I asked for a refund within an hour after purchase, or a replacement for one of the addresses, or a replacement for the package itself - but received refusals for absolutely everything. The company has a special policy not to return funds to customers P.S Answer to the company That's all true - but in my case, you refused to do either a replacement or a refund, because you are ordinary scammers who are willing to ruin your reputation for a few dollars.

A quick clarification for transparency: with our Datacenter and ISP proxy plans, IPs are assigned automatically from our available pool, and we don't guarantee that multiple IPs in a small package will come from different /24 subnets. This is stated openly in our pre-sale communication. Regarding refunds: like most proxy providers, we cannot refund IPs that have already been issued and activated, since the addresses are reserved on our side and cannot be resold. This is also outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we always look at edge cases individually and do our best to find a fair solution - including replacements where possible.
