The stability of residential IP is impressive for such price). If you need reliable proxies that actually work, i'd give them a shot

Hi Dmytro,
Thanks a lot for the recommendation! Balancing stable residential IPs with fair pricing is something we really focus on, so it's nice to see it land that way. Appreciate you putting in a good word for us — and feel free to reach out anytime if you need a hand.

I made a sizeable deposit and their scammy crypto processor kept my money (wouldn't refund it) for "AML reasons". No service from proxywing, no refund. I just got scammed. Where's my refund?
Reply from ProxyWing2026-05-01
Hi JJ,
We're sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. To clarify what happened: your payment was flagged by our crypto payment processor (Cryptomus) during their mandatory AML compliance check — this verification happens before funds reach us. The money is held on their side, not on ours, and we have no way to release it or refund what we never received.
AML checks are a legal requirement for any licensed payment processor — they're standard compliance procedure, not a decision we made. Once Cryptomus completes their verification, your payment will either be released to us (and your service activated) or returned to you.
We've already shared this with you in our support ticket and we understand it's not the answer you wanted to hear.
We're a real company doing legitimate business — this is a third-party compliance issue, not a scam.
Best regards,
ProxyWing team

Using them for few months
Using them for few months. Honestly, the price is one of the best on the market. Dashboard solid. Overall happy, cheap, fast.
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback — and for giving us the opportunity to address this publicly.
We'd like to clarify for anyone reading: all datacenter proxies sold at ProxyWing are dedicated — each IP is issued to a single customer and is not shared with anyone else. We don't offer a shared DC product line, so the situation you've described shouldn't occur on our side.
That said, we take this concern seriously and want to look into your specific case. Could you please contact us at [email protected] ?
We appreciate the chance to make this right.
Best regards,
ProxyWing Team

Good proxies overall
Good proxies overall. The variety and dashboard settings are great. The only downside is that the speed can be inconsistent on some nodes, and you might hit some captchas. It usually takes a few tries to find a 'clean' and fast IP, but once you do, it works fine. Worth a try.

Stable Proxies That Deliver
I’ve been using ProxyWing for about 1.5 years now, and overall my experience has been consistently excellent.
The proxies are stable, fast, and reliable, which is exactly what I need for my daily tasks. I’ve tested several providers in the past, but ProxyWing has been the most consistent in terms of uptime and performance.
What really stands out is their customer support — they respond quickly and actually solve issues instead of giving generic answers. That alone makes a big difference.
I also appreciate the flexibility of their services and the overall quality of IPs, which rarely get flagged or blocked compared to other providers I’ve used before.
After long-term use, I can confidently say this is one of the most reliable proxy services I’ve worked with. Highly recommended.

I did a one day $10 mobile proxy test and very soon in the first 30 mins realized they were not for me. I feel like this company is run by a few russian hackers in their mom's basement or something. It was hard to set up and then it would take filtering 8 bad mobile proxies before I found a clean one. They are also def not in the US, they charge a 5% credit card fee which no American company would do and everything kept coming up in Russian on their platform. Maybe for other use cases they are good but not for mine.

Hello Janell,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We take all user feedback seriously and work to resolve issues when customers provide details for our team to investigate. Regarding the checkout, the 5% fee is a standard international payment gateway charge for cross-border transactions. We are also reviewing the localization error you mentioned to ensure the platform defaults to English.
We'd like to review your specific case to provide any needed assistance. We've sent you a request for more details via Trustpilot. Please reply when you have a moment, and our team will assist you directly.

Happy to finally find an provider with actual ISP proxies, exactly what i need for surveys
Reply from ProxyWing2026-04-07
Hi Goku,
Thank you for the feedback! The survey industry requires highly trusted, genuine carrier connections to avoid immediate blocks and shadowbans. We know how frustrating it is when providers mask datacenter IPs as ISPs, which is why we strictly provide "actual" pristine ISP infrastructure.
We are glad our IPs are delivering the exact results your survey projects need!
