SCAM and highly unprofessional. This company shifts all financial risks onto their clients. They change event dates at the last minute without proactive notification, leaving attendees with ruined plans. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds for these changes. Complete lack of ethics and terrible customer support. Avoid dealing with them.
SCAM I had a very disappointing experience with PTN Events. I purchased a ticket to attend one of their O&G Digital Twin conference and booked flights and hotel accommodation based on the published event dates. Approximately three weeks before the conference, the organizers changed the dates. What was most frustrating is that I did not receive any email notification informing me about this significant change. I discovered it myself by checking the website. By that time, I had already incurred substantial travel expenses. When I contacted PTN Events and requested a refund due to the date change, my request was denied. In my opinion, changing conference dates with such short notice, failing to proactively notify registered attendees, and refusing to issue a refund is highly unprofessional and shifts all financial risk to the customer. Wondering if that is actually a Scam!
