All of the personal training materials were super helpful! They were concise, well-organized, and followed the ACSM textbook greatly. The flashcards were a great resource for me, as they were easily accessible and able to be completed on the go and while I was working full time.

Easy accessible sites with tons of free resources for studying for your specific personal training certification/license. Personally using the NSCA-CSCS study guide, practice exams, cheat sheets and flash cards to help guide my learning and studying and to keep me on track. It has really made it simpler as I didn’t know where to start.
