My son 12 love to ride the spark Ebike
My son 12 love to ride the spark d2 16 x 4 we added the rack and uses it to hold his pack pack with buggy cords we have also had a buddy ride on the rack and added buddy pegs and didn't have any balance issue hig quality product are hard to find with so many imposter brands. Money well spent which will lead to a purchase of a spark d1 or plus buy in the future. As a disabled veteran money is tight, but I love it when the cost was worth it on a great deal on high quality e bike

Ordering online was safe and secure. My trike arrived the date it was scheduled to arrive. Assembly was easy, even for myself at 59 years old. The trike itself is AWESOME! Two friends of mine also bought trikes and we ride almost daily. I get compliments and asked questions about my trike all the time. It’s a wonderful smooth ride!! A+ customer service!! I needed a replacement part, sent a pic of what I needed and it was shipped almost immediately at no cost to me. Have recommended QLife to numerous people!!!

Shorter than advertised
I got the bike put it together, charged the battery & Ooops, knees are bending a bit much. Both knees were replaced in past 6 years. I'm 6' 3" & the specs read out my height was ok. Turns out I had to buy a 17.7" (450mm) seat post. Now the ride is better. As a 65 year old, the added boost up hills is nice. I can actually go further without tiring out. Recommending to all my friends.

Customer Service support team
This review is directly for the Customer Service support I received on a missing part from original shipment. The customer service response to my initial email was very quick. They communicated exactly what they needed to determine what I needed and to work towards correcting the issue. Unfortunately, the part I needed was not in stock in the local warehouse, so it had to be shipped from overseas. This was communicated quickly and shipping information was relayed in a timely manner as well. I can't say enough how the customer service department change the negative of receiving my bike with a missing part, to a positive review.

My grandson saved up his money to buy…
My grandson saved up his money to buy the Q spark bike. He is 12. So I put it on my credit card on 6-25-26 and it was on my statement the next day. But we got an email from the company saying anything about shipping details. So I called them on Monday on 6-29-29 and the told me that they would be investigating the issue got a email saying that they wasn’t sure what happened and asked me what color I wanted, so I told them. Here it is a week later and still nothing. So we are going to look at other e bikes

Bike arrived promptly, seems to be well put together. Had a couple of minor issues, but customer service has been responsive. I’ve put around 100 miles on my racer so far, no issues. For the price, it’s a good entry bike into the world of e-bikes!

Ordered an e-bike that arrived with a rear fender that rubbed against the tire, a bent cargo rack, and scuffed grips/display inconsistent with a new unit. Customer service was responsive but slow, and the replacement fender they sent was an entirely different product than what was advertised. After some back and forth they provided $80 in compensation to resolve the outstanding issues. The bike itself rides well and the core product is solid, but the QC and fulfillment process needs improvement.

This is only the second day on my Qlife…
This is only the second day on my Qlife bike, just retired my Macwheel e-bike w5000 miles on it. Could not get parts , Qlife 27.5 racer ultra was easy to assemble and my first short ride was a learning experience. Controls are different but easy transition! Every thing works well and I’m looking forward to ride many miles on my new bike. Note I’m 86 Years old and bikes keep me young
