IF I could give zero stars I would
IF I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bicycle from them and it came defective and unable to be ridden. I reached out to customer service with no response (via email and via phone). I then escalated via PayPal and they finally responded saying they had no record of my email/phone call, which was a lie. They then asked for a video of what was wrong and I sent them a video, stressing that the bike was unrideable and that a bicycle mechanic told me it was because the drive train was broken. Q life eventually got back to me saying that it was a chain/derailer issue and that I should take it to a mechanic and they would reimburse me $50 or to send it back for a refund, but they would charge $200 to refund and that I would be responsible for the shipping. This would entail nearly 2/3 the cost of the bike. This company is a scam, extremely poor customer service, and a very cheap bike for the price. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered the Triker Combo and arrived in a reasonable time. They are well made and not too difficult to put together. Our Trikers came with mirrors, so wait for your Triker before ordering mirrors. We ordered mirrors separately and now need to return them. They are fun to ride, but not for trail riding. Very pleased with our purchase.

The only reason for four stars instead of five is somewhat slow email response usually 2-3 days. The trouble shooting provided was very helpful and overall very satisfied with help, service, and resolution. Will do business with again.
