Marvin is fabulous to work with during every step of our ordering process. From receiving samples and answering questions to providing design proofs and shipment fulfillment. I recently ordered products for the California Military Department and while the customer service I received was exceptional, the product was subpar. The branded items we got had the logo off-center from the journal. It looks sloppy and not what we were expecting. This was a large $1500 order and I am disappointed in the quality.
