What people say
Slow response time
Slow response waiting to discuss a discrepancy with an order. A repeat order that the product does not look or feel like the first order.
Fast response and delivery time
Fast response and delivery time. Also, I couldn't find the artwork and they were able to pull a previous year's order from us and get us fixed up. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Our organization placed a re-order of custom lapel pins for its lifetime members after five years. I received an immediate response from Mike at Lapel Pins, who had already located our original order. After confirming the design and making payment, we received the shipment three weeks ahead of the ETA. Thank you, the pins look great!

Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the country of origin. If this was a concern when ordering you did have the opportunity to select one of our many USA made pin options on our website.
