Excellent customer service and beautiful lens cloths
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kevin was quick to respond to my inquires and offered thoughtful suggestions to improve my design. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the proof before I approved the order. I liked the first set of lens cloths I received so much that I ordered more lens cloths with a different design. The finished lens cloths exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend.

While the bag we finally decided upon was great, the logos on each side should have been larger. Unfortunately, this was disappointing for our 700 bag order.

I have ordered products from Quality for a number of years and always with great results - until this last and most recent order. The product that I have re-ordered several times was suddenly a different - and most unpleasant color. I sent a note asking about the change in color and through a series of emails, photos, new samples, and great communication from the sales and service team - the entire order was replaced in no time with exactly what I had come to expect in the product.
