The mugs are great quality. They aren't cheap feeling. I feel like I'm at my favorite diner drinking a coffee, just with my company's logo on it. Great customer service and quick delivery.

The customer service is fantastic! I ordered koozies for my daughter’s wedding. I’ll be honest I’m not the best at any kind of graphics, but that was no problem a few emails back and forth and they produced exactly what I wanted. It was the easiest part of wedding planning lol. I placed a first time order for stress balls for an upcoming event. I was provided the proof which looked great. On my proof it said “Artwork not to scale” and "For reference only- Not exact size/proportion/placement.” I chose a light pink ball with white writing to match my brand colors. Upon arrival, the logo was smaller than I expected the white writing was hard to see (looked much bolder in the artwork proof I was provided). I figured the company would also adjust my artwork to fit the size of the ball, especially since they indicated that “ “artwork not to scale & "For reference only- Not exact size/proportion/placement.” I emailed the company about my issues with the product and was told there was nothing they could do because it matched the artwork I was provided. My only solution was to reorder (& they’d cover the shipping cost) in a black font which doesn’t match my brand logos. This could have been a nice product to have for marketing. Incredibly disappointed as the proof and size of artwork was misleading and only solution was to purchase again. How would I know the next order would come out correct? Unfortunately, I would not order again.
