I wanted to open up a business with customized clothes. It's quite a profitable niche but it requires plenty of marketing actually. Nevertheless, my business was launched successfully and that's why I started to cooperate with this company. Wel... I just order their customized patches which these guys create for me, while I just put them into the shirts, t's and hoodies and pople buy them. I would like to recommend this service to all those who want to customize their clothes and make it like a branded one. At least I has managed to launch my business and it still works. I am so thankful to this company actually.
Worked with Shane Wilhelm on a small batch (50) Metflex patches. Shane worked really hard to get everything going so I would have them in time to get applied to hats before a golf trip. Everything he said would happen, happened. Always followed up with me and gave me status. The patches themselves exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be contacting Shane for any of my future orders with QP.
The initial response to my project inquiry was almost immediate. The design process was straightforward and there were no issues with making any necessary adjustments to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Production time was also extremely fast, and the order shipped and arrived in no time. Excellent experience!
Thomas Hardy was very great to work with. He was professional and very responsive and accommodating to our every email. The quality of the patches is fantastic.
Simon Carlos was an amazing help for getting the impossible done! We needed some Varsity Letters for our event and it was a very tight schedule but he made it happen and we are very happy with the delivery and quality of the product. 10/10 recommend!
Everything about my dealings with this company was positive from start to finish! From the fact that I got to chat with a real person right off the bat and not a bot to the quality of the patches when they were delivered! I'm a customer for life! I wish I could post a picture along with my review but I don't have that option unfortunately.
While the patches came out good, I ordered a smaller set first as a test, and went to order a second batch and they raised the prices SIGNIFICANTLY. When I used the automated system in the site, I got a more reasonable price, however after placing the order I got a rather passive aggressive email from the previous representative that gave me that high price. Nit a very trust worthy company, just glad my patches showed up
Simon Carlos demonstrated a great deal of attention to detail in getting our patch order right and got started on our order immediately. We received the patches very quickly and are very happy with the final product.
This was my first time purchasing a custom patch. I was amazed and still am at how personalized the communication felt, and always in a timely fashion. My instructions were always followed perfectly and I could make slight changes (twice) without any pushback. I just received the finished product and they simply look awesome. Thanks to Thomas Hardy and the entire team at Quality Patches.
Amazing patches and amazing customer service! The team was great to work with and provide a durable clean accurate patch. I had a small issue and they sent me replacements free of charge. I was truly humbled.
will definitely order again
Honestly, this is by far the coolest company out there as far as making an idea become real. You get exactly what you ask for and want. The turn around time is phenomenal and the quality you get is as good as it can get. They are a good company worthy of your time and money. I’m buying from them only, when it comes to custom patches from now on.
I absolutely love this company and was really happy with the entire experience. I was looking for a company to make a patch for us to use for our Bronco when we go places or on trails that don’t have patches for them. I created a drawing on a piece of paper. Sent it in and Thomas took great care of me the whole way. The entire process took about about a month so keep that in mind but if I was selling patches I’d totally use them to produce them for me.
Hi guy just received the patches and their even better than I could of hoped-for the quality is second too none I'd like to thank all the team and especially harry willson who helped me out a lot their was a change in design and it was sorted out in no time the cost of all was one of the cheapest but the quality of the work was by far the highest and were delivered in no time thanks again to all the team at quality patches will be in contact in the future
The patches that we have received have looked great and our customers are very happy!
Quality Patches makes the process simple and easy to place orders. Production is completed in a timely manner.
Once again Quality Patches have delivered top class service and quality. I am a returning customer and will return again and again, as I know I can rely on the team to fulfil my order with attention to detail and great communication.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Today, I received the two patches, and I wanted to express my appreciation to Simon and your team for the fantastic artwork. It has truly exceeded my expectations and looks amazing, even better than the samples you've previously sent me. Thank you for your outstanding work and proffesionalism.
Will definately work with you in the future.
Great Quality, Communication and Price! Kane was very helpful and provided several revisions at my request. I was a bit of a difficult client as I was unsure exactly what I wanted. I got quick answers to my inquiries regardless of the time of day. I will be ordering from them again!
Yet again they have met my expectations for the patches I required, good communication from the start to the final product. Patches arrived quickly to the Uk via Fed Ex and I was delighted with the product. This is my second purchase with different themes and I will definitely use again.
