Buy from Aliexpress instead! Paid $15 for shipping that took 3 weeks to UK when Aliexpress would have been free and taken only 1 week. Thought I would purchase direct from manufacturer to be safe but wish I hadn't as have good experiences with Aliexpress.
Received M18i as planned; when at 95% battery, it shuts off - and perhaps on again. Sometimes when deliberately shut off it mingles with any BT device connected to my iPhone and throws it off. I wrote mail support twice and haven't heard anything at all.
Purchased my first portable DAC for HiFi sound. M15 is relatively cheap and has a beautiful industrial design. The sound difference is night and day. They are not well known, but it is a brilliant piece of equipment for any newbie, from a brilliant company. Price/Performance is the best.
