Had to get more of the micro flashing and L-foot due to system design changes. Our rep was a great help with our questions, and needs. We love the fact that we can actually talk to a person on the phone when we need help.

Everyone at QuickBOLT is always friendly and professional. As a contractor, we love working with them. The construction world is hectic and these guys are always willing to help in any way they can. Gave them a call the other day, put in a last minute order and the sales rep I spoke with said that he would keep an eye out for when our order came in and make sure it was ready first thing in the morning for will call pick-up. Shipping Cost Excessive
It did not seem like customer service was important anymore. Customer loyalty also did not seem critical anymore. As the buyer of these products, I have to weigh price, especially when it comes to shipping to Hawaii, which can get expensive. I have other products I can choose if price becomes an issue, and I have to consider that as well. My exchange with customer service regarding this gave the feeling that I was just being a problematic customer. Additionally, the shipping charges appear to have jumped considerably, to extent of which, I cannot justify purchasing products from you. This is a shame considering we have been loyal to you for some years. Perhaps you should reconsider your shipping charges to Hawaii as they seem excessive. We have had excellent success with shipping through the USPS, and it is considerably less expensive. I was contacted by customer service and was told that they did not wish to lose our business. They offered to us the option of shipping by USPS, but the last time i checked the option was still not available. They also offered a healthy discount on our next purchase, but my goal was not to illicit a discount. My goal was to give them feedback. In the past we have really received good service, but sometimes when a customer gives negative feedback, it is important to receive it as feedback - in my case - to illicit a more successful relationship.

Just getting started with my first…
Just getting started with my first solar array. I've drilled all the holes on my roof into the rafters and will start installing your units Saturday. At this moment, while there are some utube videos it would be great if you produced a drilling into rafters video for dummies so as to help avoid mistakes. Things look very promising so far.
So so easy, and the price is right!
After watching the product video, a 2-man crew of first-timers was able to install 28 panels in one day using these mounts. They are super simple and efficient to use. We got a big rain 5 days later (unusual for SoCal) and everything stayed water-tight. We will be using this system exclusively for all our installs moving forward because it was also very cost-effective too. Much simpler, easier and less expensive than all the other mounting systems we’ve come across. Lastly, product support from our rep was amazing! Thanks Rick!!
