Fraud. Don't buy there. I lost 100 €, they send you an aliexpress test kit without any enveloppe to send it back and then there is nobody to answer your questions.

I purchased a paternity test from Quick DNA on 09/06/2025, which explicitly promised a prepaid return label. Despite countless emails over weeks, repeated assurances, and promises to send it “immediately” or “within 48 hours,” I have still received nothing. This delay is unacceptable, jeopardizes the validity of the test, and shows a complete disregard for customer commitments. Extremely disappointed and frustrated — I do not recommend this company.

What a scam! Do not use this service. I never received any results, despite repeated 'communication' from the customer service department which I think were AI generated responses, after being told - my test was being processed, my test was processed and was being finalised, my test was processed and I would received results in 48hrs, then told my test is still being processed....nothing, no results. I think this is a total scam. I suspect because I was unable to provide a photograph of my dog they were unable to provide the 'DNA' - i.e I don't think this is professional service at all and I suspect they use the photo to tailor the response. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company as this test was needed to rectify a breeding query but instead resulted in further stress.

I had 2 wait 2 weeks before I reveived my package. When I opened the parcel, the form had been wet and the designated envelope to return the swabs to the lab was not there. I sent my dogs DNA in good faith to the address mentioned on the registrationform (the form told me to use that address for test results) in a new envelope, but I never heard back. Customer support is not helpful at all (you're talking to a computer I think) and I want my money back, which is probably not going to happen. I've paid another €120 for a new DNA kit sonewhere else. I wouldn't order anything here!
Looks like scam. I've sent my samples 1,5 month ago, they did not receive it. Promised to pick up by themselves at the post office, but never did. I asked for a refund, they do not respond in the chat or by mail.
Scammers and time wasters! Paid for a DNA & health test for my dog. They sent the paperwork and sample kit which I took the samples and sent them back the same day. A month went by and no response with results. The website says results within a few days upon arrival. I contacted them and they said they haven’t received the samples so I asked for another sample kit to be sent, they agreed to send one but never did so I asked for a refund they agreed to refund my money but never did. They are very responsive to messages but it’s a complete waste of time. Not sure how these websites are still operating if they are scamming everyone!
Thieves, criminals. Your samples will never make it to their Lab (if it exists). You will lose your money. It's a scam. I lost 164 euros. They keep answering your complaints only to keep you happy but nothing will be done! Please warn people so that no one else will be their victim.
The company doesn't send any tests
I placed my order after looking at their website and indication was that it would be delivered very fast. I placed my order on the 20th of April 25. It's now 2nd June and still nothing. I have emailed everyday. I completed a refund form 15 days ago and am still emailing everyday because it is not being processed. Very disappointed as they will not process my refund. still waiting.....
Would give negative stars if It was an option. Terrible service, have been waiting over 3 weeks for the kit to arrive....still waiting...! This is for a Dog DNA test so I can only imagine the disappointment that would be caused if the human ones are processed the same. QUICK DNA ... more like SLOWDNDONT! Trying to get a refund is just as difficult. Do not use!

I ordered and returned DNA sample per instructions and via FED EX registered mail. I received confirmation from the Lab 30th April it had been received. After a ridiculous amount of follow ups, I still havent received my results (it is now 23rd May 2025) I continue to receive the same standard response. I have asked for my request to be escalated to Manager and also a refund as i dont have any faith that I will receive results. There is no phone number and no other means of contact only via email. This process has made me extremely anxious and frustrated, I DO NOT recommend this company / products at all.
Ordered a DNA test from the UK to be processed in Czech Republic. Zero service (UPS had to return the parcel and destroy it) and now (guess what), after several emails asking for a refund, no contact from them at all. Their website should be obscured and they should not be allowed to trade. All 5 reviews are just fake. What does it take to make a fake review these days? If good advice is rarer than rubies - today it's your lucky day: DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I ordered an Animal Breed DNA test kit on 8th March 2025. Test kit still has NOT arrived. I feel that this is a scam company, they took my $212.79 . I have sent them several emails and still waiting for a satisfactory response from them. My advice to others is to not use this company. 🙁🙁🙁 If I receive my test kit soon I will alter my review.

This company failed to send me my results and claim they sent me a further kit which never arrived.. to the sum of £306 And now I’m receiving letters from there recoverio fake company saying If I don’t pay il be taken to court! What a joke. They ruined my life for a while failing to give me results. Just disgusting
Scammers and Terrible Customer Service! I purchased a paternity test from this company, and everything seemed clear at first: the advertised price was €99.90. However, no one informed me that I would have to pay additional shipping fees (€50) to send the sample to Vietnam—I only discovered this after making the purchase! As if that wasn’t enough, when I exercised my right of withdrawal within the timeframe allowed by law and even stated in their own Terms and Conditions (which allow 30 working days!), they tried everything to deny my refund. First, they claimed I was past the deadline without specifying a date. Then, after insisting, they kept responding with vague and automated messages, often completely off-topic. In the end, they just stopped replying! This behaviour is unacceptable and highly dishonest. Avoid this company if you don’t want to fight to get what you are legally entitled to. A customer service this inefficient and deceptive does not deserve any trust.
The most unprofessional company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I’ve been waiting for a refund for 1 month plus very poor communication and they block emails . Very bad company
