My experience was amazing!! First I got recommended by my almost sister in law who had an amazing experience as well. Parts that made it a great experience, Communication!! The ability to see the diamond in a video not just pictures where you if your not a jeweler it just look like the inside of a diamond. And the ability to change the design. I was able to change the sides of my band to make it custom for me. That’s not something that jeweler allow in some cases. Overall 10/10 experience!!! I am Absolutely in LOVE with my ring!!!! I bought my diamond from Peter and then chose to do a custom ring design with Raad Jewelers. From beginning to end it was a seamless experience-we did a video consult for the design and the person I worked with was knowledgable and patient with me. I never had to wait longer than a few hours for an email response and they came in under budget and inside the promised timeframe. My ring is a showstopper and I would happily do business with them again.

We purchased a 2 carat lab oval and OMG it is gorgeous! It arrived nicely packed and with shipping notifications. It arrived with IGI certificate details. The entire process was seamless.
