Told me I could return twice

Told me I could return twice. I only returned once. Tried to return the second time after seeing a different diamond and they told me it was too late and that their provider wasn't taking returns? None of that is listed in the FAQ. They are not refusing to take the diamond.

Amazing experience and service!!

I found about Raad Jewelers through Reddit. I saw a lot of good comments about them. After that I scheduled my appointment with Peter and it went really good. I had very specific requests for the ring design (e.g. engravings, etc.) and he said they wouldnt be any issues creating what I had envisioned. The whole process starting from the initial virtual meeting to receiving the ring was so smooth and effortless. At some point I had to make a center stone change, I called their number and someone answered right away and assisted me picking a different stone and proccessing the change. Their communication is definetly 10/10. I highly recommend them if you are looking for very proffesional reaonably priced jewelers.

AMAZING! Luxury jeweler at super discounted pricing. The quality of their designs, and the actual construction is WAY above the mall / strip center jewelery store chains. And, they are at a FRACTION of the cost. I have bought dozens of items from them, and they have made several pieces for me so far. Many more orders to follow.

One of the best jewelry buying experiences I’ve had. Peter and the Raad team were exceptional. They listened to everything I wanted with my custom ring and delivered with a bang. From the communication about the design- to the construction process, all the way to delivery, I felt safe and comfortable which is important when you’re dropping a lot of money on something. They were transparent about everything, and I would completely trust them to create more jewelry magic. Ring was delivered safely and in a timely manner. It’s beautiful.

Amazing ring and customer service

I began the ring process generally knowing what I wanted but with many questions. I viewed multiple diamonds and asked for input. They took it one step further and reviewed those while also spending time to source the best diamond that met all my requirements, was eye clean and had better specs for around the same amount. During the design process, they answered every question in detail (and I had a lot) while always giving me options and letting me know I had the say in all the decisions. Before finalization I wanted to add a diamond bridge and they were happy to oblige. Every question was met with a timely answer and I never felt pressured, just reassured. The process was very transparent and never felt rushed. I received my ring yesterday and it is breathtaking being exactly what and how I pictured it. I would highly recommend them!

I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my engagement ring. I had a vision in mind of exactly what I wanted and you definitely replicated it. The marquise is gorgeous and the setting really compliments it well. It looks and feels perfect on my finger. Truly there isn't anything I would change about it. I would also like to say how much Wilson and I appreciated how easy the whole process was and how we did not feel pressured or pushed into anything we didn't want. We had definitely experienced that at other stores. The communication throughout the process was great. Again, thank you so much for bringing my dream ring into reality. Raad Jewelers is absolutely the best. My fiancé and I started designing my one-of-a-kind ring, and the outcome is nothing short of flawless. Peter was incredibly attentive and provided expert guidance on selecting the diamonds, while still allowing me to lead the entire design process. I even tried on a 3D sample, which allowed for minor adjustments to make the ring truly perfect. I am absolutely in love with the final result and would recommend Raad Jewelers to anyone looking to custom-design a ring. We will definitely be working with Peter again to design my one-of-a-kind wedding band.
