Fantastic product and support. Especially happy with Mike, who patiently answered my questions on multiple occasions and helped me find the right product for my project. The concrete sealant for my basement floor worked as advertised. Very happy with end result!

The shipping was fast & checkout simple. The website explained the product in great detail. The instructions were simple & clear. They definitely need to increase the size of containers A & B. If you run short or make a mistake, your screwed.
I needed to return my polyurethane kit to exchange for an epoxy kit. Patrick inquired why I was returning the kit and he was super helpful in helping me determine what I needed to do for the repair. I returned one of the polyurethane kits that I ordered, but kept the other one. Patrick then canceled the epoxy order as it was not the right kit for the job. He suggested I have a professional inspect the crack before I purchase an epoxy kit. I spoke with some professional foundation repair experts and determined that I could use an epoxy kit. I then ordered a professional epoxy kit.
I particularly liked the ease in ordering my product, the quick response time in validating the order and the thoroughness of info on the website. No shipping charges is also a great plus.
Smooth transaction. No issues at this time. I haven't used the product yet, so I can't comment on the product, but transaction and ordering from the website was smooth. Now just waiting for the stain.
Ordered late afternoon Monday and received it early afternoon Wednesday. Product was all there all in perfect shape. If it works as well as the ordering and shipping process it will be a winner.
