Beautiful quality and fast efficient…

Beautiful quality and fast efficient delivery. Very happy with my new purchase.

Very unhappy

Very unhappy. One of the top hook straps broke right away.

Love the bag but it smells funny

Shipping was very fast, I love the style of the bag, and all the compartments. I am very happy with the product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the bag smelled really bad—a mixture of old cigarette smoke and burnt plastic. I had to put one of my oil car defusers into the bag for a while to help hide the smell.

A cute disappointment

The bag is cute, but I'm so disappointed that my Kindle doesn't fit in it. The whole reason I purchased it was to cary my kindle and water with me. Does great holding my Yeti cup.

Love the witchy vibes

Love it. It is exactly as shown and very well made ! Came in a very short amount of time . Cannot wait to use it !

Amazing Bags! Amazing Company!

Absolutely love the bags I got! I got myself 2 and 1 for a friend. The tumbler strap fits great on my 40 oz Brumate era, 44oz Hydrojug, 44 oz stanley and many of my other random tumblers. 1 of my bags had a tear and the customer service was quick to provide resolution. After I had already contacted customer support my friend let me know hers did not come with the charms but I didnt want to bother support again for something so small since they already shipped my replacement. I gave her one of my sets since I had 2 bags but I have no doubt if this happens to anyone they will take care of their customers! Great products and great customer service!

Not only are the purses amazingly cute…

Not only are the purses amazingly cute and so functional, but the company is just wonderful! I ordered the book design kindle one and two small regular ones. Once I received them, I felt the regular ones were just too small over all for me. They were so helpful and had no problem with me returning the two and exchanging for new. I’ll definitely be buying more from Raiven!

Tbh I haven’t tried it was my cup yet

Tbh I haven’t tried it was my cup yet. But the construction is solid and durable and thoughtful. This is definitely not a regret purchase.

I love that the bag is so versatile

I love that the bag is so versatile! It can hold my phone as well as a kindle along with other things with ease. It's great for traveling with the water cup belt!

Lost in transit never received item…

Lost in transit never received item very disappointed

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. This is 100% a scam, you won’t get what you ordered or will receive extremely poor quality. Had to go to my bank to get a refund.

Great shop

Received my bag quickly and it was exactly as pictured and good quality.

This bag is exactly what I was wanting

This bag is exactly what I was wanting. It is the perfect size for everything I need without being too big and bulky. The designs are also super cute. I’m glad the designs cover the whole item instead of just leaving a bunch of empty space. Over all it was a great purchase.

I am in love with it.

Fast to ship out and is so beautiful and well made. A lot of thought into the design I love it.

Fantastic customer support

Very easy to use website. Great pricing and customer support was great! We did not receive the Croc charms with the order. Customer support was great and got then sent out fast!
