I want to say that in 2018, Rapid Visa provided excellent service; however, since COVID, your service quality has declined significantly—to the point where it is now impossible to work with you. Communication is poor, and processes are endlessly drawn out.

Phoemela was a great.
Phoemela Udal was a great help and made things clear. There was an email I kept getting from someone that kept telling me there was an issue but it didn't say why it was an issue. She took the time and explained it probably more through than I need. But it was crystal clear on what I needed to do.

I had to reach out to the live agent today and Katherine was super helpful, she corrected my info in no time so I could work on my application immediately. It's been a pleasure and hopefully if I ever need assistance, she will be the one assigned to me ;)
