They are Horrible!!
They are Horrible!!! I paid about $1,500.00 for a service to be provided to my wife and my stepdaughter and the service was never provided!!! The service agents didn't speak English, the documents were wrongly filed with lots of mistakes and some never got filed at all!! I had to hired someone else to finish filing and take us to the finish line!! People's life's are at jeopardy and they just couldn't understand me or just didn't care. As stressful this process is they made it ten times worse!!! At the end they reimburse me 200.00 , a total rip-off!!! I strongly DO NOT recommend rapid visa!!
Your staff was great and very helpful and patient with my inexperience with the online process.the support team was great recieving my e mails and putting them in my drop box and giving me helpful instructions, thanks for all the help.

Flora did an excellent job addressing my concern. She quickly understood my issue and promptly removed all of my issues.
Rapid Visa is committed to providing excellent service…. But make sure you also keep up with your own needs and responsibilities. They usually don’t check in unless you’ve contacted them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your gratitude, and we wish you the absolute best on your next steps!
It took a little bit of time to straighten things out to make sure we had all of the needed documents, but that was only because I placed a few of them in the incorrect folder. The agent or representative was patient and was able to locate the ones she needed to verify and then moved them to the correct folder. She went above and beyond her duties, which I appreciated.

Francis John was great! He got to the bottom of my concerns very efficiently and professionally. If you ask me, he was my favorite representative I've chatted with so far here at rapid Visa.. Thank you so much, Maraming salamat!

Thank you so much for trusting the Rapid Visa team with your journey, and for recognizing that all that hard work pays off in the end.
your staff is very good with lots of experience on what they do. They are all very knowledgeable on their job. The only thing, sometimes its very hard to get hold off a live person. Other than that. You all do great work.
