I haven’t even received my package
I haven’t even received my package. I barely got any information. I asked for a report of be filed and never heard anything back.
Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing! I had goofed up and messed my order up and he was on it to fix it right for me! The colors are great and everyone really likes them. Thank you so much!
Band color didn't look as nice as onscreen
The design and ordering process was relatively painless; we had no issue with that. The free bands was a nice bonus, thank you for that. However, the color of the bands was disappointing. We ordered 2 different bands, one color each: black and olive. The black ones looked great; sharp print, nice deep black color. The olive ones with the font color we chose didn't look as nice as they did onscreen; the font color stood out better onscreen. So, we learned a lesson not to go with "interesting" color choices. We'll use them, of course, but maybe make sure the colors onscreen match the actual color? I don't know if that's on our end (screen display or something else), but that's what happened.
Quick responses
Quick responses, and great proof process.
Couldn't be more pleased!
The ordering process was super easy with plenty of color and font options, as well as the clip art selection. Customization was a breeze! The cost per bracelet, considering the turn-around time in which I requested them, was VERY reasonable! (Thanks for the "buy 100 get 200 free" deal!) The bracelets came a day earlier than requested and exactly as ordered! Couldn't be more pleased! I'll be placing another order with different customization in the near future!

I was dragging my feet in placing a wristband order, and when I found your site, I was elated! SO easy to customize and place the order. When it did not arrive as expected, I reached out, heard back immediately, and was credited for the delay. Lifetime customer. Excellent product, even better customer service.

Wrong print
Bracelets look great except for the blue was not what I ordered. Luckily the free ones will cover what I need. The blue have something completely wrong written on them, not sure if my order was mixed with someone else's or if they just threw bracelets in to meet the quota.
