It's a bit frustrating
It's a bit frustrating that your company is called Rapid when it takes so long to get the product and have to pay so much to get it faster. Also the largest size you have advertised is "Adult" and that's pretty tight for most guys. You charge a lot to go just a little bit bigger. I will continue to use Rapid Wristbands but just wanted to let you know my dislikes. Otherwise I love the quality.
Great Bracelet
With the bracelet that came they were too small for my wrist, but I knew that was going to happen my wrist are very large at 9in around. But for all the normal people at my fathers celebration of life they loved them. I would have liked one that fit I liked the black ones the most I will have to figure out a way to modify it to fit. All the bracelet were in great quality.

This is my second time ordering and the bands do not disappoint they are so cute . But most of all the customer service is quick and attentive . I had an issue with UPS changing delivery address . (Two streets in same town one is ave one is street, this happens quite a bit to me ) I paid to redeliver to my actual address and was refunded the fee very promptly .. the bands themselves are made really well and the quality of them is amazing ..
Wrong Color Wristbands
Wristbands colors were Navy and gray not Teal and gray as requested and the quality of coloring was also terrible and was confirmed to be by CS rep that got my email regarding this. George is supposed to ship me out my order again and has guaranteed I would get my order before Meet The Teacher Event we have July 24th. Still havent received any updates on this resolution.

Although there was a small mistake in my order, which I realized after talking with customer service was the way the system resets so it didn't save my progress the way I thought it would, they would super quick in resolving the issue and getting back to me which I really appreciated. Also, the quality of the wristbands are great and the glow in the dark works really nicely.
