As a high-volume Australian B2B supplier, we value efficiency above all else. Rachel has impressed us with her incredibly fast communication and quoting accuracy. She understands the urgency of the promotional industry.
We have had 2 challenging projects lately and Rachel at RC managed to pull them off with great communication and patience with the clients details. The orders were fulfilled with quality customized products and delivery was earlier than promised. I am looking forward to many more projects with RC!
Rachel was fantastic with all the assistance she provided. She was prompt with replying, patient with me when I changed my mind so many times and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The final promotion products were beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!
