I had an SD where sudently disaperared all pictures taken in 11 days, I had a backup but I losed 310 pictures of the last day. When in travel I switched to slot 2, so at home I used Recoverit to scan the damaged SD, recovering successfully all 310 pictures missing. All the other pictures where there as well, so if I have not done the buckup daily I could have recovered them also.

At first i wasn't optimistic at all that I could recover videos from a formatted SD card, but I thought why not? Let's give it a try!

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the refund for my Wondershare Recoverit purchase.
I purchased Wondershare Recoverit for PC on June 18, 2026. However, after using the software, I found that the videos recovered by Recoverit could not be played or used properly. Therefore, on June 19, 2026, I canceled my subscription and submitted a refund request through Wondershare's refund process. I also completed the refund request form and clearly explained that the recovered videos were not usable.
After submitting my refund request, I waited for the refund, but I did not receive the money. I also contacted Wondershare by email, but I only received automated responses from the AI Assistant. No actual customer service representative has properly addressed or resolved my case.
It has now been more than 30 days since I requested the refund, and I still have not received the money or any clear information regarding the status of my refund. I find this level of customer service unacceptable, especially since I followed the proper refund procedure and have made multiple attempts to contact Wondershare for assistance.
I am requesting that Wondershare investigate my case immediately and issue the full refund as soon as possible.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will contact my bank to report the transaction and request assistance in disputing the charge. I will also consider escalating this matter to relevant third parties or consumer protection authorities.
I expect a specific response from an actual customer service representative, rather than another automated response, along with clear confirmation of when I can expect to receive my refund.
Please review my case using the order number provided above and resolve this matter without further delay.

Amazing, My SD card was corrupted somehow. Would not let me access it (on camera and on my computer) without formatting the card. Tried many free recovery programs. They found some clips but many were in fragments. Tried free repair softwares to repair the fragments. They worked but stitched up clips from all my past shoots. Saw a video mentioning Wondershare's products and I figured let's see if the footage from my most recent shoot that was in fragments would show up. Installed it and immediately the software was able to find my ALL my footage from my most recent shoot. I was able to play them for free to make sure it worked before I bought the plan. Definitely worth a try, nothing to lose.

It recovered my images that I deleted and thought that I had lost, excellent hopefully I will not make the same mistake twice but reassured to know that images and files can be recovered
