Customer service is on point! They have always been impressively responsive and informative. If you need your hand held, they got you. If you're more independent, information is easily accessible. I am a return customer for a reason. Convenience is available everywhere. It's their price point and customer service that sets them apart. I am a return customer. When I wanted to cancel the first time, it was quick, clear and immediate. When I wanted to renew a service I was treated with the same care as a new patient. 10/10.
