My medication arrived safe and sound. I live in Arizona with 107 weather around delivery time. The ice was melted but the meds were still cool. I just put the drugs in the refrigerator quickly.

ReflexMD cheated me out of $597
ReflexMD cheated me out of $597. I tried their injection for 30 days. It did not work. They said they would call me before billing me any further. I received an email that my order was about to ship. I did not place a renewal order. I sent a text message to cancel. They replied that it was too late to cancel. They would not take the injection back and refused to send me a refund. What more can I say. Wendy Elliot did not call me as she said she would. She shipped me an order that I did not place. She charged me for an order that I did not authorize. She would not take the order back. She would not refund the charge to my credit card, ReflexMD is unethical.

Problem solved.
When my order arrived the ice was melted and the vials were warm. Jennifer called me and explained to me that my order was fine. She was a great help and fun to talk to.

This is a delivery review
This is a delivery review, the package was not cold upon arrival. I was home when FedEx dropped the package and I opened it immediately. The freezer pack was not frozen inside and the vials were room temp at best.

I had a CC charge that said it was from ReflexMD. It turns out this company has sister companies that use their financial vehicle. Would be nice to know before seeing the charge.

Customer service is #1 with them
I have been working with Reflex MD since my weight loss journey almost two years ago. They are consistently reliable and have excellent communication as far as intake, refills, billing etc. One of the reasons I have remained with this company for my needs is their excellent customer service. Any time I have called with questions, they always help immediately! I have found them very consistently reliable
