We wanted to replace carpet with the same color and type of floor tile that had already been installed in other parts of our new home. Other tile suppliers were unable to locate the type and quantity of porcelain plank floor tiles that we needed to complete our flooring project. Regal worked diligently to locate enough tile with a matching dye lot. They also gave us a great price and even better delivery time than we expected!
Isidra was the best! She listened to our order needs, and tried to find a solution when it ended up it wouldn’t work out for us. I will consider Isidra and this company for future orders and personal recommendations!
Great customer service. Such and easy process in ordering and buying my flooring.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful in my ordering of tile.
Everything went smoothly. Excellent communication with Dennis. The savings over using the local flooring store were very substantial.
This was a great customer service experience from beginning to end. I would recommend Alfonso and Regal flooring to anyone looking for a seamless experience. Shipping time was minimal.
Dennis was extremely helpful - went above and beyond to get the tile we were looking for at a great price and even arranged shipping right to our house. Tile showed up when he said it would!
We just placed the order, but so far so good.
Everyone was wonderful and courteous on the phone. Your prices are the best I have found and I will use you again. I’m a designer out of Florida. I’d love to have a conversation with a rep about supplying my studio/showroom with samples.
I was in a panic when our flooring was discontinued. I could not be happier with the ability of our sales rep. to drop what he was doing and figure this out for us! In one day we had the last of the discontinued flooring shipping out of their warehouse that week. Saved my sanity and saved us thousands of dollars reinstalling when we have already done half the house. THANK YOU!
Dennis was a joy to work with! Answered all of my questions, and worked through the best course of action with me from ordering to delivering. Will definitely be working with them again.
Dennis Simpson was awesome, very helpful, went way above and beyond to help me get the materials ordered. Beside that, he was very professional, polite and he is good at what he is doing. I hope all people get the chance to speak with him and see just how awesome he is.
Good prices, efficient and professional service.
