Jon is a veteran who understands the plight of most veterans. I was completely ignorant of the process and pretty much the VA in general. When I first contacted Jon, I had a rating of 10% and was absolutely frustrated with the whole process. Jon was able to articulate to me perfectly all of my frustrations largely because he had the same experiences. I have found that talking to Jon is as much informational as it is encouraging. Thanks, Jon. From 10 to 70 in about 6 weeks!!!!

I really can’t say enough great things about Jon and the support he’s given me throughout this process. Where do I start! It’s been a long journey and ive wanted to quit multiple times, but Jon helped me realize that I needed to keep pushing. The process wasn’t easy but Jon helped me through every step of the way. Ive recommended him to multiple people and they’ve been helped as well.

I heard about Jon from a friend. I did not have high hopes as I got out in 2000. I tried to get a rating back then, but nadda. It's taken about a year since submitting my claim, and the there are a lot of hoops, but Jon is indeed is very familiar with the process and words to use to be heard. He encourages you to present your true concerns only, which I appreciate. I recommend Jon to all of my friends and family, 10/10 would do again.

Jon help and guide me every step of the way. Even when my claim was denied, he pushed me not to give up. It took several years to finally get my get claim approved, Jon was there from the beginning. The best decision I made keeping Jon as my coach. He really knows how to take care of Veterans.
