Great communication everything was very easy. Product arrived in the perfect condition fast. The only thing that’s missing was the chin strap.

I am still waiting on delivery of the product that I ordered in early April. I have been promised weekly since April 23rd that delivery would be within a few days. I am still waiting and it is May 16th. They keep promising a tracking number but they never send. Getting very frustrated as payment has been made.

Ordered the 18 in 1 hydro glow ultra machine from rejuvafresh. The machine got damaged in transit by fedex. Rejuvafresh was very prompt at getting it fixed and making it right. Their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

I've been happy with the machine performance and the impact the treatments have had on our business growth. Without Rejuva Fresh we would have had to limit our options and get only one crazy expensive machine from one of the overpriced companies, or buy high risk overseas machines. I invested approximately $45,000 in a laser device from Rejuva Fresh for use in my medical aesthetics practice, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I am losing revenue and my reputation is at stake. Since receiving the device, it has not functioned reliably despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, including live Zoom support and 2 replacements of a key component (erbium glass handle) and diode snap on filter. The issues remain unresolved, and the device is not dependable for consistent patient treatment. As a medical provider, reliability and safety are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts to work with their team in good faith, the response has been limited to ongoing troubleshooting rather than a meaningful resolution. I have clearly communicated that I would like to return the system due to its lack of functionality, but this has been denied based on their return policy, even though the device is not performing as intended. This situation has had a significant impact on my business, and I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly evaluate both the equipment and the company’s support and resolution policies before making a substantial investment. Save your money and buy from a reputable laser company.
