Customer service was fine. I was limited to ordering the device until the 31st of the month. There was a 15% off the entire order offered at the time and 2 reps told me that it expired on the 31st and they locked in the offer in my cart. I kept all items in my cart until the day of order and it reflected the 15% off entire purchase offer. On the 31st went to place the order and the 15% off offer was wiped off the transaction. I called the business and no one returned my call. Mind you I was getting calls daily to remind me to place my order. I did get a separate offer through AI chat but it was a discount off of just the device and not the entire order. I took what I could get and appreciate what was given.

I ordered an item four months ago, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. I received updates about the delivery and was informed it required a signature. The free online course was clear and easy to follow. When I had a quick question, it was answered in the website chat within 10 minutes, unlike most companies that take days to respond.

I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled over the past three months. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I called, emailed, waited patiently, couldn't reach anyone for weeks, and when I did, I got different answers from nearly everyone. I was told by Angelo, Adriana, and Mark that an exchange or store credit were possible. I relied on that. For three months, I emailed them called and I wasn’t even getting replies. I had to take time out of my day and call and call and keep making effort to talk to a team member. This is ridiculous. For 3 months exactly i have been keeping records and constantly calling with broken promises.
This morning around 10 a.m., Angelo told me store credit would work and he would email me. All representatives on the phone say I PROMISE… STORE CREDIT or exchange for different machines. Then, shortly after, I'm told it's not an option and the decision is final. That level of contradiction is unacceptable. Adriana also told me this model was defective, is no longer made, and has been replaced with an updated version. If that's true, why am I being pushed to keep repairing instead of being offered a fair resolution? Every single representative has gave me false promises and has told me unrealistic and apparently solutions that are not even possible. This is all lies the reply is even a lie i can provide pictures of them not being responsive and offering me different “alternatives” then stating we cannot do anything about it.
They replied to this review that i left faster then my emails, they also blocked my phone number, but when i call with someone else phone they respond

Working with Rejuva fresh has been so easy and effortless. I manage, work and own my aesthetics clinic and I started with their devices which work exceptionally well.
I’ve had a few bumps a long the way with some parts but a simple text to Kevin is all it takes and he asks questions and talks to their engineering team and comes up with the solution and within a few a days, new parts with detailed videos are in my inbox!
When the process is so simple to get help, I don’t see a reason to consider other companies.

Our weight loss patients love the Rejuva Fresh U-Shape 2. Semaglutide has been an amazing tool for them, but as we all know it causes them to lose muscle and a common problem is sagging glutes, arms, chin, etc.
After doing even the first treatment with our U-Shape 2 Machine, they finally feel confident and excited to wear shorts, bikinis, etc. Very effective equipment!
