Transport wrapping was inadequate, plastic bag did nothing to protect the contents, all boxes were damaged causing one to loose its contents into the bag, whose hole had allowed the water pickup tube and charging cable to disappear in transit, consequently rendering one item unusable
My order seemed to take a long time to arrive and when I opened it one of the guns wasn't working, it didn't release any water 😕 this was a gift for my granddaughter and she was upset when it wouldn't work. The second gun works as it was advertised.
