Communication via email was quick
Communication via email was quick. I got tracking info but it took weeks to leave China, I'm in UK. I requested a refund because my coat was not going to arrive in time but was told to wait for delivery. The item arrived too late but it will do for next year. I need to stop buying stuff off Facebook
