The service is excellent. We always receive fast answers whenever we need them. Communication with the bank is excellent, and their responses are outstanding. Account opening is also very easy and fast.

Relay is very easy to work with. I have three business accounts there, with physical and virtual cards. The customer support is very good. Just a simple, hassle-free way to get set up in business without a lot of fees and fuss.

They are an excellent fintech company with 5 stars for their support. When my account was frozen they did all they could to unfreeze quickly and they gave me phone support that was not AI. Recommend them to all my colleagues

We had a great experience opening a bank account for our business, especially with Mr. Babar. He helped us with the onboarding process and solved every hurdle along the way. Seamless experience on account activation.
Do not trust Relay Financial with your business capital. My account (Pixelcore LLC) was frozen on April 22nd due to a standard compliance check (RFI). Even though I submitted all requested documentation and invoices within 24 hours, they locked my account and ultimately decided to close it on May 20th. On July 9th, an agent named Greg confirmed in writing that a paper check for my remaining funds had been mailed via US Postal Service and would arrive in 8–10 business days. It has now been almost a month since that email, and the check still hasn't arrived at my business address. I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a USPS tracking number, a proof of dispatch, or an alternative way to receive my money, but support has completely stopped responding. They have held my company's capital hostage for over 3 months with zero accountability, zero transparency, and terrible support. If you value your company's cash flow, stay far away from Relay.
Relay has outstanding customer service and their webpage is straightforward to work with. I would highly encourage small businesses to work with Relay

I appreciate how quickly they are able to identify a problem and get back to it. I was sending some difficulty signing into my online account and I reported it. Even though it wasn't done in my timeline, which is immediately! They got it done and took care of it and then followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. That's great service.

I have been trying to receive my remaining funds since 2024, but the issue is still unresolved. I received the same update on May 20, 2026, stating that my check was being prepared for mailing and would arrive within 8–10 business days. More than 70 days later, I received the exact same response again with no real progress. Despite contacting support multiple times (Requests #1088464, #1111352, #1146884, #1190274, and #1206766), I have not received my check or a clear update. I simply want access to my funds and expect a proper resolution instead of repeated generic replies.
