Usually the service is top notch. They had some issues recently and so my transfer was delayed but without this recent issue my transfer has always arrived on time. They explained why this was happening and gave you a scheduled time. They are very cost effective and the all is simple to use. I used to do my transfers differently but once I discovered remitly through a friend that's the only way I do transfers now
