The RenuKrete team and product were excellent - the completed product of our concrete pool deck and walkway, refinished with a Neptune Granite motif, looks great. The team cleaned up well and were professional throughout. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend RenuKrete! They turned our plain, old, cracked concrete area around our pool into a beautiful design. You would never think it’s the same concrete! It has literally transformed our pool area. Communication prior to and during the job was seamless. Linda was so easy to communicate with and all of the workers were focused on getting the job done. We were very impressed with how well everything was cleaned up after the job was done too!
I cannot adequately explain how nice it is to sit on our amazing new patio, by RenuKrete. Our coordinator, Linda, was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and guided us to our final choices. Our deck far exceeded our expectations. The results were stunning. The teams had an incredible work ethic, were personable and delivered flawless results. I am so ecstatic with the final product. We would recommend RenuKrete for your patio/ deck project. My experience with RenuKrete was great. Linda was my project coordinator/manager communicated with me from the beginning to the end. Helping me with ideas, questions , planning and scheduling . The men were courteous, hard working and skilled technicians. They transformed an aged ugly patio into a place in my yard where I now enjoy spending my time. Thank RenuKrete !!!
They stuck to their time frame and their price. The final product was beautiful and I cannot stop looking at it. I used to hate my pool because of the patio and now I can love it again.
quick, competent work
Great experience from beginning to end! Very happy with the outcome.
From day 1, RenuKrete had great communication, thoroughness and high quality of work. From the initial sales call to the final day of install, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The final finished product exceeded my expectations. The crew treated my property as if it was their own. They showed up when they were supposed to, and at the end of EVERY day, they cleaned up and actually left the work and surrounding area better than the found it. Could not give a higher rating. I just hope they give referral gifts, because I have a lot of friends that will be calling them!
Top notch service across the board from initial estimate, final contract, scheduling, job execution, cleanup and results! Results were even better than expected and I would highly recommend Linda and the team at RenuKrete!!
They finished the job earlier than I expected. They were supposed to start in June and I was very happy that I got my project done a few weeks early.
I had RenuKrete redo my pool deck and patio. the installation went very well. The problem has been with service. I filled out the service request form and asked to speak to someone. No one has contacted me from the service department. The only response has been a request to purchase a service. I will not pay for a service I have not received. I have tried to contact the office on April 20 but never get to speak to a person, it always goes to voicemail. I submitted a support form on Apr 20 as well. I emailed Linda on May 11. My installation was at 229 Sunset Rd. Pompton Plains in September of 2022. I ALREADY DID try to contact your support team thru the support form. NO ONE has contacted me. Please either call me or give me a phone number that will be answered by a human

The guys came in, did their work, cleaned up and headed out- without a moment wasted
Excellent! Very pricey but an excellent product. Crew was professional and detail oriented. Very thorough and consciensius! Overall more economical than demolition and installation of slate deck.
We were planning a year in advance a total renovation of our back yard. From the moment I contacted RENUCRETE and spoke to Linda she guided me through every step of the process and what would transpire. The communication was fantastic from start to finish! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and crew that came to our home! They crew arrived and from start to finish every step they advanced was explained to my husband and myself thoroughly. The crew guided us through the process when they were doing the coloring and gave us options and good advice for our project. Once we open our pool..I will post pictures of their work. Excellent job and I would recommend to hire them in a minute! Thank you RENUCRETE for the excellent job and service.
Great workers. Detail oriented. Nice final appearance.
om the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the RenuKrete team displayed exceptional professionalism and superior workmanship. As someone who spent 48 years in the construction industry, I have seen the full spectrum of project execution--from poor installations to excellent ones. I can say with confidence that RenuKrete is at the absolute top of the list. Workmanship: They transformed our 25-year-old pool deck, making it look brand new. Professionalism: The crew was consistently respectful of both my property and my time. Seamless Logistics: The scheduling and payment processes were straightforward and highly efficient. I highly recommend RenuKrete to anyone looking for a remarkable transformation handled by true professionals. Kudos to the entire team for a superb job! Steve T. Walpole MA.
The crew that came and did the job were very knowledgeable on what they were doing. They cleaned up after each day and I think it came out really nice.
Great group of individuals to work with. Very knowledgeable in their craft, paid attention to details. Their prices were fair and reasonable. Would strongly recommend them to others.
I used RenuKrete for a concrete repair and the results turned out better than I expected. The product was easy to apply and worked well. I'm happy with how it turned out.
