Great service. Just wish there was more detail about the specific frame type(s). Had to do a separate search on AI for each type and style to try to find a preferred preference. Just a thought

They did an excellent job fitting new progressive lenses in my frames for much less compared to my optical place. Delivery was right on time with what their website stated.

Not the best this time due to unusually long processing time, strained communication, and I wish the gradient-tinted lenses had more tint.

Gradient tinted lenses typically do take much longer to process as the tinting process is done by hand and each lens takes tint differently. Lenses Came Out Perfectly and Outstanding Customer Service
The lenses on my glasses came out perfectly and would have cost me 3 times as much if I went to a regular retailer. The quality was very impressive and could not have been more happy. But more importantly, Jennifer in customer service was beyond outstanding. I wanted to put in a relatively complicated custom order and she executed absolutely perfectly, was so patient and by far one of the best service persons I have ever worked with.
