Went through the whole process and…
Went through the whole process and online they were just waiting to finalize the paperwork. Then I had a customer service rep call and state that my income was not enough. They wanted me to refinance my car through them at a 30% interest rate. I think they are a bait and switch .I do not recommend

Yvette - thank you for your feedback. We reached out and left a message. In the meantime, we wanted to respond here. While we understand your frustration, it is not a bait and switch. We do require a higher level of after-tax income to qualify for an unsecured loan. We do this to ensure that someone we grant a loan to has the capacity to repay and successfully build their credit. If you have additional income you would like us to consider, please let us know.
Great experience
We had a great experience with Reprise this is our 2nd time using this company. I do have trouble understanding some of the foreign offices from overseas that answer for them on occasion, they talk to fast and their english is not clear. But when I get representatives that answer the US landlines I have a great experience and I have no problem understanding the reps. Very pleasant and helpful staff. - Ted & Missy

With a low credit score
With a low credit score, thought I would be denied as usual but the experience was straight forward and very easy. Diamond at Customer service was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive to questions during multiple calls. Some trouble with the identity verification and required downloading an app to complete. Funding took a couple days. Overall, satisfied with my experience.
