I have used Reservation Key for about 7 years. I like it as it is perfect for a small business like ours. Also, if I have ever had a problem I have received a pretty quick response on how to rectify it. Thanks, I'm glad that I found you.
I have been using ReservationKey for a few years now and have been very satisfied. The only place I would like to see is improvement is with their mobile presence and being more mobile friendly. I have also done my best to coordinate my theme colors with my website colors. If the #colors could be a little easier to identify it would make this process easier. With that said, the major use of this website is very well done.
This has been the best and easiest reservation software I have ever used. Reservationkey brought my small little rental business from 0 to 100 mph overnight. With Reservationkey I now can make money while I sleep. Nothing like going to bed and waking up in the morning seeing paid reservations waiting for you.
I'm a big fan. It has a lot of layers and capabilities, and is very "visual" which I love. There are small things I'd like to tweak, but I could say that about any program. Their customer service is very good--fast and mostly efficient.
I absolutely count on these guys.
Our monthly subscription jumped from $40 to $71 without explanation, and if it wasn't such a process I would have changed companies. Also, it would be a great asset if we could link our in-house rewards program through the site somehow. After inquiring, I found we are not able to do so.
