Very quick service
I ordered a wall mount hand sink on the 23rd and on the 24th one of the employees called me to let me know he lived close to the job and hand delivered it to us instead of shipping to our office. I felt that was above and beyond service for one hand sink. I will definitely be ordering more from Cresco in the future.

Shipping charges were excessive!
Shipping charges were stupidly outrageous. To make it worse? Found same item for less money on Amaz with zero Shipping. Buyers beware don't make the mistake i did by shopping here. Huge ripoff. $19.99 shipping on a $21. Item!

the caddie wheels came when expected and work great. the only slight down side is that due to the cost, I'd say the value was quite 'fair', but not exceptional.
