This website is absolutely fraud. They charged for one month on trial period of 7 days. After 1 day of trial period they charged for one month without letting me know. Don't take subscription from this shit. Update after reply:- I had read all rules. 7 day was trial period, after 7 day will be charged for 1 month. I took subscription 22 July 2 pm. But in the next morning 10 am you charged me 132 riyal. But deed was after 8 days. Now I mailed your provided email address. Total 143 Saudi Riyal I need return. If I get back money I will delete the review.

**Worst service ever – misleading subscription and poor support** I do not recommend this service. The experience was frustrating and not worth the money. I selected a CV template and uploaded my existing CV, but the AI assistance was extremely poor, so I ended up writing and editing everything myself. At that point, I could have just created the CV on my own. When I downloaded the Word (.doc) version, I discovered, only after paying, that it did not match the preview. The document exceeded one page, and the formatting was broken. Support simply told me to fix it myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for the service. The biggest issue was the payment process. The service advertises a **$3 download**, but the small print signs you up for a **$29.90/month subscription**. Closing your account does **not** automatically cancel the subscription, which is very misleading. Customer support was also disappointing. There is no live support, only email replies. In my case, the responses were in German and did not address my billing concerns. I recommend checking the comments on the Resume.io Facebook page. Many users describe experiences similar to mine regarding subscriptions, billing, and unanswered emails. Some commenters even call it a scam, which reflects how frustrated they were with their experience. Overall, the service did not deliver on its promises, the billing process was unclear, and the support was poor. I would not recommend using it.

Signed up for a trial period, and then didn't continue to use the service. However, the website continued to charge me at full price, without informing me and without sending me any communication via email to let me know that I'd be getting charged so that I'd have the opportunity to cancel. I've emailed their customer services and am awaiting a response to see if they'll refund me for the months I didn't so much as log into this website. I am happy to pay for the trial period I used, but beyond that I had no use for it.
