I purchased a membership and was charged twice, but my account still shows the free version. I have already contacted customer service several times and have not received any response. This situation is very disappointing, as I have paid for a service that I cannot access. I do not recommend

Complete scam. Offered some resume service for 179.95, then another 79 dollars for federal. They never answer or provide any updates. Just a scam along with auto renewal of a service that does absolutely nothing. Asked for a refund but they seem to refuse to give that back despite doing nothing and within 7 days.

I took out the seven day trial to test the service. I updated my account settings to not continue with the paid service. One week later, £19.95 taken from my account. I immediately logged in and cancelled the subscription that I said I didn't want and contact customer support. Customer support said that my subscription had not been cancelled and I would not be refunded. This feels like a scam.
