Hi, I would like to ask why USD 29.95was deducted from my credit card. I used your service only once and I already cancelled my subscription. Why has my subscription been renewed and charged again? I am very disappointed with your service. Please investigate this issue and refund the amount if this charge was made by mistake. Thank you.

Hello Mareo, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with ResumeCoach. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our fee to access premium features. THESE PEOPLE SUCK. I created a resume, downloaded it and paid. Then when I wanted to discontinue/unsubscribe and stop my card from being charged additionally, they continued to email me with requests for personal information to 'verify your identity' and still haven't unsubscribed me. If they charge my card again there will be a lawsuit. 7/28/26- just updating this: they still haven't deactivated my account. They did reach out to me after I wrote the above review and said please supply your email address to resume coach, but no further action has been taken. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE with your information!!!!!!!!!
