Hello Mary,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with ResumeCoach. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our fee to access premium features.
Our mission is to provide our customers the best possible service at a fair price. Our paid plan allows job seekers to create resumes that stand out and increase their chances of landing their dream job, with the ability to download it in PDF version.
Additionally, we offer a free service that allows you to access our builder and download a plain text version of your resume.
We hope you find this information helpful. If you need us in the future (or you have any other issues that you need our help with), please do not hesitate to contact us directly via [email protected]. We'll be more than happy to assist you with anything you need.

Exactly the same as using any other resume building service, complete with "AI tips". What really gets me, though, is that it's advertised in the search engine as "Download Resume Free". Why would I pay any amount of money for a glorified google doc? And why would you offer 7 days of "full access", am I going to be printing resumes all week?

Easy, sucks that you have to pay to download the resume once you're done
Also wouldn't mind if there were a little bit more liberties when it comes to customizing the design for example choosing if my photo is being black and white or colors.
But at the end of the day I got my resume done so I'm happy

It’s easy to use! But it’s a total scam! Do not trust this site! I couldn’t download my resume after they took the trial money from my account, there’s no way to actually cancel your membership. I have contacted them twice without any response. I’m waiting on their reply. Also, after the trial they charge $34.99 monthly like what the heck! For a bloody resume!!

I recently used ResumeCoach CV Maker, and I found it to be an outstanding platform for creating a polished CV. The website is extremely user‑friendly, with a simple drag‑and‑drop editor and a wide range of professionally designed templates. It allowed me to customize layouts effortlessly, generate content quickly, and download my CV in multiple formats. What stood out most was how intuitive the design process was no advanced technical skills required making it easy to produce a CV that looks modern and professional. Overall, Resume Coach provided a smooth experience and helped me create a CV that truly stands out.
