This is a great small business
This is a great small business. Very quick to respond to questions and customer service is top tier. Products are great quality and despite some post office issues, which is beyond anyones control, I recieved my package in a reasonable time. I'm in Hawaii and USPS is notoriously slow. Jimmy G went above and beyond with customer service for post office shortcomings.

I have purchased your bumpers for myself in the past and absolutely love them. When the president of our club reached out and said you guys would sponsor a field basket for our raffle I was very excited. The order process was very easy. Received the bumpers 2 days ago and used them for training the same day. Even though it was 15 degrees, they remained very flexible. The dogs always picked the Retriever Worx bumpers out of the piles first.
