Payed £1 at first and it said no information found, couple weeks later they tried to charge me £30 pounds with a hidden subscription, would not recommend

I wouldn't even give this 1 star in all honesty! Very much in the same situation paid the £1 in 2x50p amounts and now taken a month's subscription which I did not sign upto and trying to get a refund is a joke In reply to my review I have sent an email explaining my situation and an agent called Lucas keeps basically sending the same reply that they cant issue a refund

I used Reverse Australia to investigate a missed call number for free, and when I put the details and submitted it, appeared a new page with the logo ClarityCheck and asked me to put the phone number I wanted to check again, and it explained me I will receive the report to my email address for free, and again I submitted it, after the submission appeared another page asking me to pay $1. something, and the payment options. Because it was only $1... I paid that, and I checked my bank account seeing the payment was there but in my email only some information of the company and nothing of the report and payment, even though it says in 15 minutes the report was going to be in my email. I didn't get any report and I had to cancel my card and dispute the transactions because it charged me twice. These Companies are truly a scam: Reverse Australia and ClarityCheck which work together and are based in the US
