I clicked on their link to look up a telephone number I didn't recognise, which had rung me and not left any message. It said it cost £1, which I was happy to do, but I did not want a subscription. I didn't click any links for joining permanently or monthly payments. The £1 was taken out on the same day 27th July, 26, in the form of 2 x 50p payments, and then today a week later a payment of £29.99 was taken out of my account for the first monthly amount towards a subscription. I have just found an email dated 27th July in my Junk folder, confirming if I want to join and no way did I click that option! I can only summise it is hidden in the tiny writing of the Terms and Conditions. I have now cancelled ongoing payments and would be grateful if Reverse Look Up UK can contact me to kindly refund todays payment, which I had not knowingly committed to. I would then write another review in confirmation of that refund request.
