This company operates in a completely fraudulent manner: subscriptions are created without transparent confirmation, no email confirmation is sent, and charges appear under a hidden or misleading name. Customers are clearly being misled so they cannot trace their payments. This is a clear case for buyer protection and possibly for the consumer protection authorities

I would like the company to improve on their humanizing platform from AI content to 100% human written. Sometimes even after humanizing the words is still has some AI content in it when checking on other AI detectors.

To cancel subscription, you have to email them which is suspicious. I have emailed them 3 times but no response. They will still probably continue to charge me even though I am not using their service anymore and I can't seem to delete my account.

It distorts sentences, cuts words awkwardly, and rearranges paragraphs in a way that strips the content of its meaning. The final result is disastrous, and most of the time, it fails to bypass the Turbo 3.0 model. In short, I highly recommend not buying this tool.
