I had ordered the wrong size by mistake…
I had ordered the wrong size by mistake (my husband had just died and I was not thinking straight), and though the return rule was pretty specific, they were kind enough to let me keep the first shirt and sent me a larger size. I though that was more than GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos to your company!!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I had tried to contact the company in various different ways but didn't receive a response. Eventually I tried fb and within minutes I had a pm. Unfortunately my emails had gone into spam. A very apologetic response explained what had happened, which has now been fixed. Also the reason for my contact has been sorted (user error 🤦♀️) I have had various items from rhapsodye yarns always good quality, easy to order and swift delivery. I also like the personal touches in their emails. They are genuinely grateful for your order.

There were lots of options to choose from, colors, types, styles and then it arrives... Ahhhhh my person senses are extra WOW-ed with the extra comfy soft stuff I currently have on my body. Like it, yes, yes I do.

Great knitting themed t shirts including a very subtle Winnie the pooh one! Just arrived, all fit great. Only problem is deciding which to wear first!

I ordered 2 shirts for Christmas 1 arrived 1 didn't
I ordered 2 shirts for Christmas. one was delivered well before. The other had no delivery date for it. Imaging my surprise when I saw that it was coming from Belgium. I thought was ordering from a UK based crafter. If I'd have know it was coming from abroad. I wouldn't have touched it sufive to say it didn't come before Christmas missing the person it was meant for. So now having to post it on anyway. So, very disappointing. If I had been home when it was eventually delivered I'd have refused it.
Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Ordered within the guaranteed Christmas deadline. Item will be rejected when it finally arrives . FYI two items ordered at the same time. 1 came within three days of ordering. 2nd item nowhere to be seen. Very upset boy who wanted to give his mother a nice tee shirt.
