Quick turn around. Good quality materials. Shirts wear well, and wash well. No stretching. shrinking, or fading. Do not know about customer service because they got my order right.
Mug and one t-shirt arrived, first; 2nd didn't but was replaced
Mug and one t-shirt arrived, both very nice; still waiting for the other t-shirt, which was the first to be advised as 'on its way' but is still listed by Evri as "22:03 - Mon Oct 13 We're processing your parcel at our hub". Had to wait for replacement t-shirt, but it arrived this evening and is just as nice as the others.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I placed two orders. The first order turned out to be shipped from the US (this means customs fees since I live in Europe). The package went missing, but after contacting rhapsodyeyarns, I was immediately sent a new shirt and they covered the extra costs (wow!). My second order arrived very quickly from Latvia (no customs fees). I'm thrilled with these beautiful shirts! Contact with customer service was quick and friendly. I will definitely order from them again. My tip for other EU customers: check in advance if your item is in stock in Europe to avoid customs fees.
