Good luck trying to pay in full! They will take your money then send you to collections! I have it on my end that I paid in full but these assholes want to send me to collections for a damn error on their part!

I told the agent that the payment was being taken out of my account early and not on my pay date which was causing my account to overdraft. Not only did he correct the problem,I looked into my account today and it was back positive. I really appreciate him for listening to my concerns and correcting the problem. I had fraud on my bank account and it was frozen, so I was unable to pay my bill. I called, and they helped me in refinancing and pausing any payments for a few weeks until I was able to access my money again. Customer service was shockingly helpful for this day and age!!!
